At one section of Lake Cheoah, there is a large dam. Downstream from the dam, the water, being heated by the hydroelectric processes in the dam, slow down, and the mists that come from the water build up, so that even in the middle of the afternoon, there is a thick mist along the river. It is a fantastic opportunity to photograph.
