After a much-needed break for beer, we visited St. Stephenâ’s Basilica, and I even went up into the dome for a high view of Budapest. I took the stairs up, an tiring experience after walking half the city already that morning. But the view was worth it; Budapest, despite being ruined time after time, is a beautiful city, full of towers and domes, steeples and tiled roofs.
