Our cruise back was equally spectacular. The sun was setting over the Andes through fluffy clouds, which lit up the snow-capped volcano peaks like cream. We were tired, and it was immensely relaxing to breath the fresh mountain air and take in the scenery as we cruised back to our hospedaje. Unlike most of our fellow passengers, we were staying after all the tourist buses headed back to the civilized work of Puerto Varas.
