I guess I was in the mood for macro photography, because I found myself taking close pictures of everything. One of my complaints with NC is that the woods all look the same, from a general perspective. You really have to get in close to see what lays beneath all of it. You have to really look to find the small things that make the forest unique. Otherwise, it's all forest, and not all that attractive of forest either.
