One of the features in the area is a large dam, which creates a sort of a reservoir. The dam itself is only about five feet high, but the pond is quite inviting for swimming (even though many signs say not to). I was trying to capture water coming down the dam, which was difficult because it was directly under the sun. For the effect I wanted to capture, I need to slow the exposure, which made it that much more difficult. I think some of the pictures turned out well, though.
