Once I'd finished driving for pictures, I took a hike from the facilities where the reunion was at. There at the top was a nice view, and hiking down through the pinon forest was interesting as well. Pinon are dry for the bottom half, and I would have liked to be able to capture the feeling of the dry branches like arms out all around me on the walk down. It was a good hike.
