As far as photography is concerned, I've never had a lack of subjects to photograph with the mountains. There is such a range of vistas, from looking up from the Front Range, such as in Longmont, to looking down into valleys from higher than 10,000 feet. Rather than a shortage of subject matter, a person usually is overwhelmed by the sheer quantity and quality.
