This trip, probably the best view that I saw, and sadly didn't photograph as I was without my camera, was from the top ridge at the Loveland Ski area. From the top, you can look back off towards Vail and Arapaho Basin, and can see miles and miles of peaks. It was cloudless, and truly gorgeous. It wasn't just the stiff bitter wind that took my breath away.
