The mountains have much appeal for people living in and visiting Colorado. For myself, the mountains have always been a draw, and certainly are something that I miss living in North Carolina. Here there are supposed mountains as well, but nothing in comparison. Also, for all the trees here, the mountains are essentially hidden.
